Aromatherapy eye pillow for yoga, meditation, and relaxation. Cotton outer and inner sleeve. Filled with flaxseed/ linseed, lavender buds and lavender essential oils.
For use on the eyes and all-over body application. Choose to either cool in the freezer for a cool therapy and relieve headaches. Or heat in the microwave to relax or soothe.

Warm therapy: Place the pillow in the microwave for 20~30 seconds. Or in 10-second increments, until it is warm to the touch. Do a touch test before placing it over your eyes or skin.

Cold therapy: Place the pillow in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Do not leave on eyes for more than 10 minutes at a time. Make sure that the pillow is at room temperature before placing it in the microwave. Stop heating if you hear popping!

Hand wash sleeve at 40°c & air dry.

Handmade in India.

Product Care

Hand wash our mugs and planters, taking special care with metallic mugs. Leave to air dry after washing.

Do not put in dishwasher or microwave.
