Need your flowers Today or tomorrow? We provide a reliable local delivery service for SS postcodes in Essex.
Same day delivery - £9.99 (orders need to be made by 3pm for before 6pm delivery).
Next day delivery - £6.99.
Gifts
We despatch our gifts on a standard 3-5 day delivery nationwide. With a surcharge for larger/ heavier items.
Standard delivery: £6.00 / Items over 1kg: £9.00
Click & CollectWe offer click and collect from our Leigh on Sea store, to collect your purchase, choose click and collect at the checkout. Your order will be ready 1 hour from ordering, but if its urgent, call us and we'll do our best to have it ready sooner.
Returns Policy
Please note that the distance selling regulations do not apply to plants and flowers due to the perishable nature of these goods. It does however, apply to other gifts sold by us where we have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and return it to us either by post or in store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any tags or labels still affixed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Your right to cancel - non perishable goods
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you get the last of the batch.
This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back to us.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
